Turkish paradise, Bodrum is undoubtedly one of the most Mediterranean fascinating tourist
destination.
There are several beaches above all in the western side of the city for the day, and the night
great fun with disco, cocktails at sunset on the beach, music, dj set, drinks, dancing, lounge
bar and live music.

There is a strong contrast between the worldliness and the luxury of the city between yacht
clubs, elegant hotels and smart boats docked at the local harbour and the call to pray marked
at regular intervals of the day from the mosques.
The map of the city has the shape of a point of a triangle whose end is dominated by the majestic
castle of the knights of hospitality with the adjoining village of the historic center,
while the sides divide the town into two:

The West Side, Marina, with luxury hotels and hip clubs like Marina Yacht Club, Kuba Bar and Fink

The East Side with the beaches that replace the sun beds with tables and chairs at sunset becoming restaurant beach bar like White House and Deja Vu.
Here are some interesting tips and information for choosing the beach and clubs for
better enjoy the sea and the night on this side of the Turkish coast.
Let's start from the beaches. The most beautiful are not in Bodrum downtown, is necessary to
rent a bike or a car, and reach the coast between Bitez and Yalikavak
with an elegant yacht marina inside Palmarina shopping center.
In Detail starting from Bodrum:

Bitez Beach : with sand, just 7 km west from Bodrum, great for windsurfing.

Ortakent Bay : long sandy beach, just 13 km from Bodrum where the most famous beaches are Camel Beach and Paradise Beach

Akyarlar beach : 22 km from Bodrum and closest point to Cos greek island and where the most of the people is turkish.

Turgutreis : 18 km from Bodrum and named like the famous Ottoman admiral Turgut Reis. It is a small town with several beaches and ideal surfing place.

Gumusluk bay : charming bay with clear water in front of a small peninsula populated by rabbits and with several fish restaurants of which the best are Fenerci and Gumuscafe. Do not miss an aperitif at beach club Gumsluk.
All nights for dinner or only to have a drink, great to seat and enjoy the see on a table just on the beach!
Marina side hip bar clubs are Smoky lounge bar, W Club Bodrum disco,
restaurant bar Kuba terrace, Porto, Musto Bistro and Piano cocktail bar.
Best restaurants are Gemibasi tavern and the famous fish restaurant
Memedof which also has a branch in the neighbor Yalikavak (15 km far from Bodrum)
with a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea.
Also in Yalikavak, nestled on a hill overlooking the sea, one of the most beautiful and
fascinating restaurants of this stretch of the Turkish coast, Panorama Pasanda with a
wonderful terrace looking almost like a private house with a fireplace lit in winter,
the dog welcoming, engaging background music and magic atmosphere.
Absolutely not to miss...
To try once one of the restaurants inside Bodrum fish market such as Eray Balik
(Balik means fish) where live Turkish music is often played by local musicians.
For live music the best club in town for every night is the amazing Marina Yacht Club.
